What You'll Be Doing (General Tasks):

• Helping clients with their morning and evening routines – think getting dressed, washing, bathing, and toilet assistance. 🚿
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical disabilities, including incontinence care.
• Providing care for those who are temporarily unwell and need bed nursing or help with feeding. 🍎
• Offering compassionate support to clients with terminal illnesses. ❤️
• Engaging clients in fun and enriching activities – chatting, outings, reading, hobbies, and more! 🗣️📚🎨
• Keeping living spaces tidy – making beds, light cleaning, emptying commodes. 🧹
• Managing and mending clients' clothes. 👕
• Preparing and serving light meals, plus the cleanup afterwards. 🍽️
• Contributing to client reviews and training sessions. 📝
• Always upholding Caremark's policies and procedures. ✅
• Reporting any significant changes in a client's health or circumstances to your supervisor. 📢
• Championing client independence wherever possible. 💪

Who We're Looking For:

• You must be 18+ to apply. 🔞
• Reliable transport to get to work and college. 🚗
• We need to ask all applicants about any relevant criminal convictions or pending investigations as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. This includes offences against a person, drug offences, or theft. A "yes" answer will lead to a Risk Assessment, but does not automatically mean you're excluded! ⚖️ (Warnings, cautions, reprimands, or speeding fines are not considered relevant).

Your Training Journey:

• You'll be training at Doncaster College, gaining access to top-notch facilities. 🏫
