About the role

🚀 Join the Agilico Revolution in Edinburgh! 🌍

Agilico is on a mission to create a brighter future for our people and our planet. We're proud to be the UK's first Circular-First Managed Print Services business, setting the standard for sustainability in our industry. Forget the old "take-make-waste" approach; we're all about breathing new life into technology! ♻️ We refurbish and recycle Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and their parts, slashing carbon emissions, reducing landfill waste, and saving our customers serious cash. As we grow, we're looking for a driven individual to join our amazing team in Edinburgh. You'll be working in our state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, extending the life of tech and making a real difference to our environment. 🌱

Your Role:

  • Become a pro at logging, triaging, and managing all service calls on our digital platform (Vantage Online), keeping track of parts, labour, and job progress. 💻
  • Handle purchase orders, assign parts to jobs, and keep our digital records spick and span for a smooth workflow. 📂
  • Train to become a super user of Vantage Online and other digital tools, helping us constantly level up our processes. ✨
  • Get hands-on with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing MFDs, meticulously recording every step. 🔧
  • Master Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) to communicate, report, and track your awesome work. 📊
  • Team up with engineers, workshop staff, and management to nail ticket priorities, coordinate parts, and blow customer expectations out of the water. 🤝
  • Help manage our digital stock and inventory, tracking parts and spotting any discrepancies with system reports. 🔍
  • Stick to Agilico's high standards for quality, health & safety, and data management – keeping all records perfect and audit-ready. ✅

What You Bring:

  • A solid grasp of IT. 💡
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude. 💪
  • A talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving. 🧠
  • Great communication skills. 🗣️

Perks You'll Love:

  • Awesome opportunities to grow your career. 📈
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28 after 5 years!). 🏖️
  • Stakeholder pension & death in service benefit. 💼
  • Agile Perks: score discounts and amazing deals. 💰
  • Healthcare cash plan for everyday expenses. 🦷
  • Cycle to Work scheme – pedal your way to savings! 🚲
  • Volunteer days – make a difference, your way. 🙌
  • Referral bonuses for nominating friends or new customers. 🌟
  • Employee Assistance Programme: confidential advice on relationships, mental health, finances, and more. 🫂

Your Future Starts Here:

This isn't just a job; it's a launchpad! 🚀 90% of QA apprentices land permanent roles after completing their program – that's 20% higher than the national average! You'll be fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and workplace mentor, who will help you settle in, develop all the skills you need, and ace your assessments. We'll map out your growth, boost your skills with immersive training, and ensure everything you learn is directly applicable to your role. Plus, you'll gain a nationally recognised qualification (SCQF Level 6).
