What you'll be doing:

• Content Creation Master: Plan, shoot, and edit eye-catching photos and videos. Think behind-the-scenes at matches ⚽, office vibes, customer sites, and epic events! 📸
• Social Media Guru: Craft and schedule killer content for Procure Smart's Instagram, focusing on what makes us a great place to work and grow. Plus, you'll help boost STFC's social presence with matchday magic and exclusive peeks. 📱
• Repurpose Pro: Take existing content and give it a fresh spin for different platforms, maximising reach and engagement. ✨
• Trend Spotter: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends and audience behaviour to spark innovative new content ideas. 💡
• Marketing Support: Jump in and lend a hand with wider marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives across both organisations.
• Event Capturer: Be ready to capture content on the go at events, matchdays, and wherever the action is! 🏃

What you'll need:

• A burning passion for photography and videography (phone skills are key, camera experience is a bonus!). 🤳
• Experience creating and editing social media content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• A super creative mindset with a knack for visual storytelling that grabs attention. 👀
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, what's trending, and how to make content shine.
• Boss-level organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple projects like a pro. ⏰
• The ability to work solo and be a total team player.
• A flexible attitude and a willingness to travel and work at different locations, events, and matchdays. 🚗

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• You must not already have a qualification at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

• Create and edit both short-form and long-form video content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Develop, schedule and publish social media content across both organisations' digital channels.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats and platform-specific edits.
• Monitor social media trends and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.
