About the Role:

This is your chance to jump into a brand-new firm and a growing team! You'll be the first point of contact for clients, kicking off their journey with us. Expect to handle initial client calls, onboard new clients, and set up their cases. We’re looking for organised and communicative individuals who are driven to work hard, be part of the team, and contribute to our collective success. You’ll also be there to support your colleagues and management when needed. We primarily handle road traffic personal injury claims. πŸš—πŸ’¨

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Being the first responder for all new claims coming in from our insurer partners and customers. πŸ“ž
  • Logging all claim details into our Case Management System (CMS) and using it alongside MS Excel to create new cases, inputting info accurately, and filing daily correspondence. You'll become a pro at this system! πŸ’»
  • Using the CMS and Excel to find and manage client details, keeping all information fresh and updated. πŸ“Š
  • Handling requests for files from colleagues and partners, and making follow-up calls to clients, GP surgeries, hospitals, payroll departments, and insurance companies. ☎️
  • Collaborating with colleagues digitally via Teams and Microsoft Outlook, and using Outlook for external communication. πŸ“§
  • Providing clear advice on the claims process to customers, gathering essential information like receipts, photos, or valuations. You'll escalate more complex or high-value claims to a solicitor. 🀝
  • Gathering information for new claims, assisting with scanning mail and documents, and allocating them to the right files internally. πŸ“„

Working Hours:
