Digital Applications Support Apprentice 🚀 | ANTA

Ready to kickstart your career in digital finance and operations? ANTA is looking for a motivated individual to join their awesome Digital Team as a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This is your chance to earn while you learn, get hands-on experience with cutting-edge platforms, and grow within a super creative and supportive crew. 🤩

You'll be working towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification and based at their cool Fearn location.

What you'll be doing:

• Digital Finance & Transactions: Be the boss of daily finance tasks using Xero. Think digital invoicing, keeping track of purchase orders, and making sure everything's reconciled and super accurate. 🧾 Excel will be your sidekick for extra tracking and reports.
• Order & Stock Management: Handle customer orders and keep stock records sharp using Shopify. You'll help make sure our digital workflows for getting orders out and managing inventory are on point. 📦 Excel might help with inventory analysis too.
• Digital Comms & Customer Vibes: Use Klaviyo to connect with customers, send out updates, and answer their questions. Every interaction will be logged, so we keep quality and consistency high. 💌 Outlook will be your go-to for emails and scheduling.
• Data Management & Digital Record Keeping: Keep all your digital files and records super organised across Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo. This helps with compliance and makes sure everyone can find what they need. 📁 Word and Excel can help with documentation.
• Workflow Processing & Team Support: Jump on requests and help the team by keeping our digital systems updated. You'll collaborate to make sure tasks are followed up and sorted quickly. 🤝 Teams is where the team communication happens.
• Digital Reporting & Documentation: Create and update digital reports and checklists using Xero and Shopify. You'll help the team by providing up-to-date docs for audits and reviews. 📊 Word and Excel are your tools here.
• System Maintenance & Data Validation: Help keep our data in Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo accurate and current. It’s all about making sure the information is reliable. ✅ Excel can be used for data validation.
• Learning & Process Improvement: Dive into ANTA’s digital finance and operations world. You’ll get ongoing training and support to build your digital skills. 🧠 Word and Teams can be used for training and collaboration.
