You'll dive into business-critical systems like SAP, support key projects, and complete a structured Level 4 apprenticeship programme. Plus, you'll have a crew of experienced specialists ready to mentor and guide you. Your development is our priority! 💪

Contract: Full-time, Permanent 🗓️

Starting Salary: £22,650 per annum (£24,784.50 if you're 21+) 💰

Assessment Day: Wednesday 11th November 2026 📅

Who are we looking for? 🤔

Someone super curious, analytical, and hyped about a future in data and business systems.

You'll ideally:

  • Be a UK, EU, or EEA citizen, or have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have lived in the UK for at least three years.
  • Not be on a Tier 1, Tier 4, or Tier 5 visa.
  • Have GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Have completed, or be predicted to achieve, at least three A Levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), or hold a relevant degree.
  • Be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. 🗣️
  • Have solid numeracy skills and a logical approach to solving problems. 🧠
  • Have a sharp eye for detail. 👀
  • Be eager to learn new systems, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and finding solutions. 🤝
  • Have some experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data tools (bonus points, but not essential!). ✨

What you'll be doing as a Master Data Analyst Apprentice: 🎯

As part of our Master Data team, you'll be involved in crucial business activities while growing your skills through structured rotations.

  • Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP and related systems.
  • Spot opportunities to boost processes and data quality.
  • Support product creation, updates, and management.
  • Help with taxonomy and product classification.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and governance.
  • Create KPI reports and management information.
  • Handle shared mailboxes, workflow queues, and service requests.
  • Keep process documentation and work instructions up-to-date.
  • Contribute to business projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support system testing, process enhancements, and change activities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of data management, governance, and business processes.

Your Development Path: 📈

You'll report to the Master Data Manager and learn through structured rotations, with support from experts.

  • Months 1–3: Business intro, SAP basics, documentation, data quality, and initial processing.
  • Months 4–6: SAP Manufacturing.
  • Months 7–9: SAP Central.
  • Months 10–12: Taxonomy.
  • Months 13–15: New Product Introduction.
  • Months 16 onwards: Flexible deployment across all areas with growing independence.

Apprenticeship Qualification: 🎓

Alongside amazing work experience, you'll complete a structured programme to boost your technical, analytical, and professional skills. You'll gain practical experience in SAP Manufacturing, SAP Central, Taxonomy, and New Product Introduction while working towards an industry-recognised qualification. By the end, you'll be ready for a Master Data Analyst role and a thriving career in data and business systems.

  • Programme Length: 16 months + 3 months end-point assessment
