Are you a creative tech whiz ready to shape the future of learning? We're on the hunt for a Digital L&D Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about crafting engaging online learning experiences and leveraging cutting-edge tech, this is your chance to shine. ✨

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop awesome DVSA-specific L&D eLearning products. 💡 Think 360 virtual reality, gamification, and slick videography!
• Bring our bespoke learning materials to life on our Learning Management System (LMS), making sure everything is top-notch and tracking completion rates. 📈
• Team up with procurement to find the best value solutions and contractors for projects over £50k. 💰
• Help us test and launch new L&D products, whether they're delivered by us, a supplier, or purely online. 🧪
• Forge strong partnerships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful L&D product launches and implementations. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Consulting with stakeholders to storyboard and build online L&D eLearning products
• Hosting bespoke learning products onto the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitoring completion rates
• Collaborating with procurement to source value for money solutions and contractors
• Supporting with setting up pilots for the delivery of new L&D products and services
• Building strong collaborative partnerships to effectively launch and implement L&D products
