Learning & Development Content Creator (eLearning Focus) 🚀

Are you ready to level up your skills and help shape the future of learning? We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Content Creator! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and building engaging eLearning products for the DVSA. 💻

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to brainstorm and create awesome online L&D eLearning content. 💡
• Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like 360 virtual reality filming, gamification, and professional videography to bring learning to life. 🎬
• Hosting and managing our bespoke learning products on our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, keeping an eye on completion rates. 📈
• Working with procurement to find the best value solutions and contractors for projects over £50,000. 🤝
• Supporting the setup of pilots for new L&D products and services, ensuring they're top-notch, whether delivered in-person, by a supplier, or online. ✅
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful launches and implementations of our L&D initiatives. 🎉
