What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Project Manager, you'll be a vital part of our team, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of awesome renewable energy projects. You'll team up with seasoned Project Managers, Construction, and Commercial experts, getting a full 360° view of the project lifecycle and building the skills you need to crush it in project management. 🏗️

Your Mission:

  • Help Project Managers plan and execute renewable energy projects.
  • Assist with project timelines, key milestones, budgets, and spotting potential risks. 📈
  • Create project reports, presentations, and all the necessary documentation. 📊
  • Be present at project meetings and keep track of action items. 📝
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants. 🤝
  • Support procurement and commercial activities.
  • Keep project documentation organised and up-to-date. 📁
  • Hit the road for site visits to see projects in action. 🌍
  • Help maintain our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards. ✅
  • Crush your apprenticeship learning and apply it on the job. 🤓

Who We're Looking For:

  • Age: 18+ 🔞
  • Academics: GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths. 📚
  • Apprenticeship Eligibility: You must be eligible to undertake a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
  • Driving: A full UK Driving Licence is essential. 🚗
