What you'll be doing:

Risk & Claims 📈

• Help manage and track accidents, incidents, and insurance claims.
• Keep our risk, incident, and claims records spic and span. 📂
• Support investigations into incidents and customer claims.
• Help put together reports, stats, and trend analysis.
• Ensure we're all following the right policies, procedures, and rules.
• Chat with internal teams and external partners like insurers. 🤝

Health & Safety ⚠️

• Assist with health and safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support our accident and incident reporting.
• Keep track of actions from audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance records, legal registers, and training docs. 📚
• Help create health and safety reports, stats, and communications.
• Back initiatives that boost health and safety awareness for everyone. 👍

Quality Assurance ✨

• Help with internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support managing corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain quality records, policies, and procedures.
• Review audit findings and spot areas for improvement.
• Produce KPI reports and compliance performance info. 📊
• Help prepare for customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
