We're looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Administrator & Reporting Assistant! This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, providing critical data, and ensuring our sales operations are top-notch. Think of yourself as the backbone of our sales success! 💪

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting Rockstar: Generate and present daily figures for our flash reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management. 📈
  • Order Management Pro: Convert orders accurately and issue them when needed. 📦
  • Digital Organizer: Maintain our Sales Drive, Job files, and Sales Admin folders, ensuring everything is easily accessible. 📁
  • Stock Savvy: Track and report on old/redundant stock via our sales SharePoint. 📉
  • Pricing Partner: Support the sales team by tracking pricing feedback. 💲
  • Pipeline Pathfinder: Take the lead in tracking our future business pipeline. 🚀
  • SAP Sleuth: Monitor and track SAP to assist account managers in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities. 🕵️‍♀️
  • Meeting Maestro: Organize internal kick-off meetings and diligently take minutes for distribution to the entire business. ✍️
  • All-Around Support: Be ready to assist with any other administrative duties as directed by management. 🌟

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in using digital filing systems and software.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
