You'll be at the heart of delivering fun, engaging, and structured football sessions for kids aged 2-14, focusing on developing their technical skills, tactical understanding, and teamwork. 🤝

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate football coaching sessions aligned with our established curriculum and coaching framework. 🥅
  • Collaborating with school staff and key stakeholders to ensure excellent sports provision and enrichment activities. 📚
  • Championing a positive, inclusive, and confidence-building environment that sparks a lifelong love for sport. 🔥
  • Inspiring and motivating young individuals to achieve their very best. ✨
  • Supporting the Lead Coach in safely and effectively managing challenging behaviour and supporting children who may be experiencing dysregulation. 💖
  • Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to both children and staff. 👍
  • Ensuring all sessions are delivered with safety as the top priority, adhering strictly to our safeguarding policies. ✅
  • Representing our organisation positively and contributing to our growth and reputation within the community. 🌟
