You'll be working closely with our team, learning the ropes, and making a real difference.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruitment Rockstar: Help us bring in amazing new team members by requesting and tracking application forms, ID, references, and other essential documents. 📝
  • Onboarding Guru: Keep our onboarding trackers updated and make sure we're on top of DBS checks, right-to-work, training, and employment verification. ✅
  • Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Create, organize, and maintain accurate electronic and paper records for our staff. Think super-organized filing! 📁
  • Communication Champion: Be the friendly voice of Honeycomb Care, professionally handling phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from applicants, employees, and external professionals. 📞📧
  • Content Creator: Prepare letters, emails, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and routine management reports. ✍️📊
  • Event Coordinator: Assist in organizing staff inductions, mandatory training sessions, competency assessments, and sending out renewal reminders. 🎉
  • Data Navigator: Enter and check information on our company systems, always keeping confidentiality and data protection top of mind. 🔒
  • Audit Ace: Support audits by finding records, checking files, and flagging any gaps. 🧐
  • Team Player: Help our management team with general office tasks and contribute to improving our services. 🤝
