- Communication Champion: Be the voice connecting with customers, engineers, suppliers, and our internal crew to ensure everyone's in the loop. π
- Record Keeper: Keep our simPRO, Excel, and other systems sparkling with up-to-date info. β¨
- Paperwork Paladin: Process timesheets and other essential documents. π
- Quote Follow-Up Guru: Keep our quotations on track for maintenance, repair, and installation projects, working hand-in-hand with the team. π€
- Team Player: Collaborate with our Accounts Team and other departments to keep things humming. πΆ
- Office Organizer: Handle scanning, filing, archiving, and general office tidiness to keep our workspace awesome. ποΈ

Key responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating work for engineers and subcontractors
- Maintaining and updating records on job management software and Microsoft Excel
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to secure pricing and delivery dates
- Preparing and following up on quotations for maintenance, repair, and installation works
- Processing timesheets and managing general administrative duties
