Ready to kickstart your career in healthcare? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our awesome team! You'll be the right-hand person to our dentists and hygienists, providing top-notch chairside support. ๐ค
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the dentist and hygienist during treatments, making sure everything runs smoothly. ๐
- Handling and applying various dental materials for a range of procedures.
- Mastering and using a wide array of dental instruments and equipment. ๐ ๏ธ
- Ensuring treatment rooms are prepped and sparkling clean for patients. โจ
- Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment using our specialized decontamination gear. ๐งผ
- Maintaining decontamination equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Properly segregating and disposing of dental waste as per practice policies. โป๏ธ
- Using our practice computer and X-ray systems. ๐ป
- Completing lab forms and keeping meticulous records of all lab work. ๐
- Ensuring all laboratory items are returned and ready for patient appointments. โ

Key responsibilities
