Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Divisions and Support areas across College
- Process accurate data relating to each student's application, on programme and examination requirements
- Assist with the arrangement and organisation of Divisional and Cross College events
- Provide cover for Student Reception and Switchboard services as required
- Undertake general administrative duties including word-processing, photocopying, and responding to telephone enquiries
