- Master of Enquiries: Answer questions, explain how things work, and book appointments like a pro. 📅
- Handle the Rush: Use your awesome judgment and communication skills to make sure urgent cases are seen without disrupting the flow. 🏃♀️💨
- Welcome Newbies: Guide new patients through the process, explain practice details, and get all the paperwork sorted. ✅
- Phone Superstar: Juggle incoming and outgoing calls with ease, diverting them, taking messages accurately, and getting them to the right person ASAP. 📞
- Clinician's Sidekick: Action requests from our clinicians, update patient info (on the computer too!), and keep paperwork on point. 💻
- Money Maestro: Let patients know about charges for special services, take payments, and issue receipts. 💰
- Digital Describer: Input patient info into our system and scan documents in a flash. ⚡
- Email Guru: Manage our surgery email, forwarding messages efficiently. 📧
- Room Ready: Prep our clinical rooms for appointments, keep prescription forms stocked and logged, and ensure we have all the essential supplies (think bottles, couch rolls, test forms!). 🗄️

Key responsibilities
- Provide an efficient reception service to patients and visitors.
- Deal with general enquiries, manage appointments, and facilitate urgent consultations.
- Receive and make telephone calls, diverting calls and taking accurate messages.
- Enter and scan patient information onto computer systems and complete associated paperwork.
- Prepare clinical rooms for surgeries and ensure adequate supplies of consumables.
