About the role
Early Years Educator ✨
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young children? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant childcare team! 🚀
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating a fun, engaging, and super safe environment for our little ones, aged 0–5 years. You'll be teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, planning and leading a variety of exciting indoor and outdoor activities that spark curiosity and learning. 🎨🌳
You'll also be a key part of supporting our children with their personal care needs, like meal times and hygiene, with kindness and patience. 🍎🧼
Collaboration is key here! You'll be working closely with your fellow team members, sharing ideas and ensuring seamless communication. Plus, you'll be a friendly point of contact for parents and external visitors, providing a high level of service and building strong relationships within our childcare community. 🤝👩👩👧👦

Key responsibilities
