Ready to be the friendly face and organized force behind our team? We're on the lookout for a super capable individual to handle a variety of reception and administrative tasks. This is your chance to provide essential support to our awesome multidisciplinary team.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to!):

  • Welcoming and guiding everyone who walks through the door! 👋
  • Mastering our appointment system to keep things running smoothly. 📅
  • Booking appointments like a pro.
  • Handling information with care and precision. 💻
  • Lending a hand to patients whenever they need it. 🤗
  • Answering calls, directing them, and resolving requests efficiently. 📞
  • Connecting with patients, team members, and outside folks. 🤝
  • Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail (physical and digital!). ✉️
  • Coding clinical data accurately on SystmOne.
  • Making photocopies as needed. 🖨️
  • Entering data for new and temporary registrations, plus other patient info.
  • Directing specific requests (like SARs, insurance forms, DVLA docs) to the right people.
  • Managing all sorts of queries like a champ. 🏆
  • Keeping your workspace neat, tidy, and ready for action. ✨
  • Ensuring our reception area and notice boards are looking sharp.
  • Assisting our clinical staff with general tasks when they need it. 🚀

Key responsibilities

  • Undertake reception duties, including greeting patients, managing the appointment system, and answering calls.
  • Provide administrative support through processing information, data entry, and handling mail.
  • Manage and respond to communications and queries from patients, team members, and external agencies.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and effective working area, including monitoring the reception area.
  • Offer general support to the multidisciplinary and clinical teams as requested.
