What you'll be doing:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance: Get hands-on with planned maintenance tasks, learning the ropes and helping us keep everything running smoothly. You'll also master the art of completing all the necessary paperwork and reports. 📝
• Reactive & Emergency Breakdown Support: Jump in to assist with urgent breakdown situations, helping to diagnose issues and get things back online ASAP. Don't worry, you'll get support and learn how to handle these situations. 🚨
• Team Player: Lend a hand to your colleagues whenever needed and take direction from the Contracts Manager to ensure our projects are a success. 🙌
• Time Management: Make sure all your assigned tasks are completed within the agreed-upon contractual timeframes. We value efficiency! ⏱️
• Energy Efficiency Champion: Help us identify and implement ways to reduce energy consumption across the site. Every little bit counts! 💡
• Sub-contractor Oversight: Assist in overseeing visiting sub-contractors, ensuring their work meets our high standards for quality and Health & Safety. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
• Flexibility is Key: Be prepared to lend your skills to other properties within our portfolio when required. Adaptability is a superpower! 🌍
