What you'll be doing:
- Being a positive force, helping students learn and grow. 📚

- Helping students with their personal needs and cheering them on as they develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. 🌱
- Teaming up with teachers to help students crush their learning goals. 🎯
- Giving students honest and helpful feedback (with teacher guidance!). 👍
- Setting cool challenges that boost self-esteem and encourage independence. 🌟
- Sparking interaction and getting students involved in fun activities. 🎉
- Championing inclusion and making sure every student feels accepted and integrated. 🤝
- Supervising groups and individual students during lessons, in communal areas (playgrounds, corridors!), and before/after school. 🏫
- Keeping tabs on student progress and giving teachers and specialists the scoop on achievements, growth, and any bumps in the road. 📊
- Helping with assessments and keeping records ship-shape. ✍️
- Administering routine assessments and marking work under teacher supervision. ✔️
- Creating and maintaining a vibrant, safe, and purposeful learning environment with awesome resources and displays. 🖼️
- Building positive relationships with students, being a great role model, and connecting with parents/carers and external agencies. 🏘️
- Communicating with parents/carers and other professionals as directed. 📣
- Administering first aid (training provided!). 🩹
- Assisting with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other support plans. 📝
- Spotting and responding to changes in student behaviour, sharing insights with staff. 🧐
- Supporting students with intimate care/hygiene needs as required.
- Championing student safeguarding and welfare, reporting any concerns promptly. 🚨
- Being clued up on and following all school policies and statutory guidance. 📜
- Joining in on exciting visits, trips, and out-of-school activities! 🌳
- Providing administrative support where needed. 📁
- Attending meetings and fulfilling duties as required. 🗓️
