This isn't just about filing paperwork (though that's part of it!) – it's your chance to gain real-world experience, level up your skills, and make a big impact. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

  • Office Guru: Handle the daily admin grind, from filing and keeping records tidy to managing correspondence. Think organized! 🗂️
  • Schedule Savvy: Help the leadership team stay on track by managing their calendars and meeting schedules. 🗓️
  • Customer Connect: Be the friendly voice (or keyboard!) that answers customer and wholesale inquiries, making sure everyone gets the help they need. 🗣️
  • System Master: Become a pro with our systems like Square, Nory, and Cybake, keeping our product, ingredient, and stock info super accurate. 💻
  • Stock Star: Assist with ordering new stock and keep a close eye on inventory levels. 📦
  • Supplier Sidekick: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. 🤝
  • Communication Champ: Prep reports, documents, and other business comms. 📝
  • Team Builder: Help welcome new team members, getting them set up administratively. 👋
  • Vibe Keeper: Contribute to a welcoming, organised, and professional workplace. 🌟
  • Rule Follower: Always adhere to company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements. ✅

You're perfect for this role if you have:

  • A laser-sharp eye for detail. 👀
  • Awesome communication skills – you can talk (and write) to anyone! 💬
  • A hunger to learn and grow. 🌱

Key responsibilities
