IT Helpdesk Support Specialist 🚀

What you'll be doing:
- Tackling assigned IT helpdesk calls and keeping our users happy. 📞📧
- Managing all communication channels into the helpdesk – think phone, email, and our super-slick web portal.
- Making sure our support tickets are always accurate and up-to-date, and keeping our customers in the loop on their progress. 📊
- Providing essential support coverage for our helpdesk operations from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. ⏰
- Attending relevant meetings to contribute your insights. 🤝
- Building awesome relationships with all our helpdesk customers. 😊
- Getting hands-on with desktop fixes, including installing and upgrading software, setting up hardware, and configuring systems and applications. 💻
- Using your diagnostic superpowers to troubleshoot and solve issues. 🕵️♀️
