Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Assist with patient welcoming, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness and cleanliness.
