What you'll be doing:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be the backbone of our pharmacy, supporting daily operations and ensuring our customers get the best service. You'll work hand-in-hand with our experienced team to deliver safe and efficient care. Plus, you'll be working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with all the training and support you need. 📚
Your key duties will include:
- 🌟 Helping customers at the medicines counter and answering their questions.
- 💊 Assisting with preparing and dispensing prescriptions (always under supervision, of course!).
- 📦 Managing stock, handling deliveries, and keeping accurate records.
- 💻 Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
- 🧼 Keeping our pharmacy clean, safe, and confidential.
- 🤝 Working collaboratively with the team to provide awesome customer service.
What we're looking for in you:
