Licensing Coordinator 🚀

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of licensed products and marketing? We're looking for a motivated Licensing Coordinator to join our team and help bring awesome brands to life! If you're organized, a great communicator, and have an eye for detail, this role is for you. 😎

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring our licensed products and marketing materials totally nail the brand and IP guidelines. 🎨
• Being the go-to person for our external partners, answering their questions and giving feedback on their cool creative work. 🤝
• Running point on project reviews, getting those all-important approvals, and relaying feedback between our internal squads and our partners. 🏃‍♀️💨
• Keeping track of tons of projects at once, making sure we hit all our milestones and deadlines. 🗓️
• Helping kick off new projects by clearly explaining approval processes, timelines, and what's expected. ✅
• Organizing and sharing all the approved brand assets, legal text, and other licensing goodies. 📁
• Collaborating closely with IP owners and our internal teams to make sure feedback is heard and projects stay on the right track. 🎯
• Keeping an eye on gameplay, marketing assets, and game builds from start to finish, through development and launch. 🎮
• Maintaining super clear and quick communication with everyone involved, both inside and outside the company. 🗣️
• Keeping our project tracking tools updated, showing off our progress, any risks, and what's coming up next. 📈

Risk Management is Key:

• Spotting and flagging any potential risks related to legal compliance, brand reputation, or licensing requirements. 🚩
• Helping put in place processes and safeguards to protect our awesome licensed brands and content. 🛡️
• Escalating issues when needed and ensuring risks are managed effectively throughout every project. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Support licensed products and marketing materials to ensure they meet brand and IP guidelines
• Support external partners by responding to queries and providing feedback on creative assets
• Coordinate project reviews, approvals, and feedback between internal teams and partners
• Track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Assist with project kick-off meetings, explaining approval processes, timelines, and expectations
