Key responsibilities
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone, face to face, and from staff and pupils.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and storing documents.
- Receiving visitors courteously, punctually, and observing security procedures.
- Using online systems and managing internal and external email communications.
- Adhering to data protection, safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.
