You'll be instrumental in helping our colleagues get the most out of cutting-edge digital tools, including AI-powered productivity solutions, and modern ways of working. This role is a fantastic blend of digital support, empowering users, championing AI adoption, and driving continuous improvement. 🌟

What You'll Do:

• Digital Tech Guru 🎧: Provide first-line support and guidance for essential tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Help colleagues smash through tech issues and get back to what they do best. You'll also help set up and test new digital solutions.
• AI & Productivity Booster ✨: Be at the forefront of rolling out and helping people use Microsoft Copilot and other smart AI tools. Show colleagues how to leverage AI safely and effectively to supercharge their work. You'll help create guides, learning materials, and even run workshops! 💡
• User Experience Champion 👍: Gather feedback from our amazing colleagues about our digital tools. Help us understand what's working and what could be even better to make everyone's experience top-notch.
• Smart Troubleshooting 🕵️‍♀️: Use your problem-solving skills (with a little AI help!) to diagnose and fix user issues. You'll learn to escalate when needed, always keeping users in the loop.
• Cyber Security Guardian 🛡️: Promote safe and responsible use of all our technologies, especially AI. You'll help ensure everyone follows our security and data protection rules.
• Continuous Improvement Star ⭐: Bring your fresh ideas to make our digital processes smoother and boost everyone's productivity. You’ll contribute to exciting projects that are transforming how we work.

Your Journey:

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration platforms, and other productivity tools, all while working towards your AI Support & Productivity Technician Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. You’ll collaborate closely with IT specialists, operational teams, and stakeholders across BSI.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and guidance for digital technologies and resolve related issues.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools and provide user enablement.
• Gather user feedback to improve employee experience and assist with continuous improvement activities.
• Utilise structured troubleshooting techniques and AI-assisted tools to diagnose and resolve user issues.
• Promote secure working practices, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
