• Fostering children's communication skills, independence, and social development. 🗣️🤝
• Getting involved in energetic outdoor play and awesome regular outings. 🌳🎢
• Assisting with mealtimes and everyday routines – we're a team! 🍎🥪
• Helping to create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and super welcoming environment. ✨
• Developing fantastic relationships with parents and their families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Completing all the learning and training needed for your Level 3 apprenticeship. 🎓
