Early Years Educator (0-5 Years) 🌟

What you'll be doing:

• Sparking joy: Designing and delivering awesome indoor and outdoor activities that keep kids entertained and learning, all while sticking to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines 🎨🤸‍♀️.
• Nurturing growth: Supporting our little ones with their daily routines, including feeding and personal hygiene – think of yourself as their daily cheerleader for independence! 💪
• Team player extraordinaire: Collaborating with your fellow team members to ensure everything runs smoothly and creating a positive vibe for everyone. 🤝
• Parental partners: Chatting with parents, keeping them in the loop, and providing top-notch service to our childcare family. You're a key point of contact and a trusted advisor! 🗣️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

What we're looking for:

• Passion for working with children aged 0-5.
• A can-do attitude and a knack for making learning fun.
• Great communication skills – you'll be talking to kids, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to liaise effectively with external customers, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities
