- Communication Hub: π Manage incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries, keeping our communication lines open and efficient.
- Digital Dynamo: π§ Tame our email inboxes and keep our electronic calendars perfectly organized.
- Meeting Maestro: ποΈ Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensure signage is on point, and manage refreshments.
- Mail Master: π¦ Handle all incoming and outgoing post with care.
- Will Guardian: π Manage the collection of Wills from our clients β a sensitive and important role!

- Safe Space Guardian: πΆββοΈ Conduct weekly Health & Safety walkarounds to ensure our workspace is as safe as can be.
- Emergency Preparedness: π₯ Perform weekly fire testing, check all extinguishers and exits, and assist with fire drills.
- Become a Safety Leader: We're looking for enthusiastic individuals willing to step up as a Health & Safety Liaison Officer, First Aider, or Fire Marshal. Your commitment will make a huge difference!
