  • Helping the team manage new and existing jobs.
  • Keeping an eye on outstanding work and chasing it up.
  • Helping to schedule and move jobs forward smoothly.
  • Organising both digital and physical records.
  • Materials & Suppliers Liaison 📦:
  • Figuring out what materials are needed for upcoming jobs.
  • Chasing suppliers for outstanding materials and deliveries.
  • Getting updates on orders from suppliers.
  • Making sure the right materials are where they need to be, when they need to be.
  • Keeping everyone in the loop about any delays or hiccups.
  • Accurately recording all relevant info.
  • Supporting the Dream Team 🤝:
  • Working closely with the office, management, and operational teams.
  • Helping ensure our customers get top-notch service and jobs finish on time.
  • Keeping colleagues updated on customer requirements.
  • Assisting with coordinating jobs and appointments.
