What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for all things IT for our amazing colleagues. 🤝
• Keeping track of and sorting out any tech hiccups or requests that come our way. 📝
• Fixing up our tills, payment machines, computers, printers, and scanners. 🖨️
• Sorting out password problems, access issues, email glitches, and software stuff. 📧
• Helping out with our store networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connections. 🌐
• Setting up new team members with all the gear and accounts they need to hit the ground running. 🚀
• Guiding colleagues through tech solutions via phone, email, or by jumping onto their screens remotely. 📞
• Keeping everyone in the loop about what's happening and when things will be sorted. ⏳
• Spotting any repeated tech issues and flagging them up if they might be affecting the whole system. 🚩
• Making sure our IT equipment lists are up-to-date and helping out with replacements. 📦
• Sticking to all the rules about data protection, cybersecurity, and payment security. 🔒
• Providing super friendly, clear, and patient support in our busy retail world. 😊
• Helping to keep sales and daily store operations from being interrupted by tech troubles. 🛒
