What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries from your colleagues. 🤔
• Log, sort, and fix IT issues – you'll be our go-to problem solver! ✅
• Get new colleagues set up with their tech: laptops, desktops, phones, and more. 📱
• Install and configure the software and apps we use. 🖱️
• Debug and fix any hardware, software, or connectivity glitches. 🔧
• Manage user accounts and ensure everyone has the right access. 🔑
• Help new team members get settled and support those moving roles or leaving. 👋
• Assist with our Microsoft 365 suite and other essential business systems. 🌐
• Keep our IT equipment and asset records up-to-date and organised. 📊
• Tackle basic network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity challenges. 📶
• Champion cyber security, data protection, and all IT policies. 🔒
• Know when to call for backup on trickier technical problems. 🆘
• Keep everyone in the loop about the progress of their IT requests. 🗣️
• Maintain clear and detailed records of all IT issues and their solutions. 📝
• Lend a hand with IT projects, upgrades, and equipment rollouts. 🎉
• Complete your apprenticeship learning and development modules. 📚
