As a Customer Service Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for:

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Locating, issuing, and documenting parts sales, making sure everything is top-notch before it goes out. ✅
• Ensuring we're always delivering the best possible service and constantly finding ways to make it even better. 💯
• Receiving, inspecting, and checking documentation for all incoming parts. 📦
• Skillfully packaging materials for dispatch from the parts department. 🚚
• Taking on any other related tasks to keep the parts department running smoothly. ⚙️

Key responsibilities

• Promote good customer relations and maintain the quality of service provided to the customer.
• Identify accurately customer requirements.
• Locate, issue and document the sale of parts to customers and workshops, inspecting for quality prior to supply.
• Receive, inspect and check documentation of all incoming parts.
• Adequately package material for dispatch from the parts department.
