- Collaborating with teachers and the SENDCo to support individual pupil needs. 🤝

- Assisting teachers with classroom prep, resources, and activities. 🎨
- Empowering pupils to build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits. 💪
- Contributing to observations, assessments, and recording pupil progress. 📝
- Supporting individual plans and providing valuable insights for progress reviews. 👀
- Helping create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for everyone. 🌈
- Getting involved in enrichment activities, clubs, and school events. 🎉
