What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting up new client accounts and managing passwords securely using Windows Group Policy Management for Office 365. 🔐
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with clients via email, phone, and in-person to offer expert technical advice and guidance. 🗣️
  • Guiding clients through troubleshooting steps using our ticketing system, ensuring we hit our 2-hour critical and 8-hour response Service Level Agreements (SLAs). ⏱️
  • Leveraging powerful troubleshooting tools like Advanced IP Scanner, PowerShell commands for Windows issues, and Sara Tools for Microsoft problems. 🛠️
  • Performing thorough stress tests and diagnostics on new and existing equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly before deployment. ✅
  • Conducting detailed cable tests and diagnostics to identify and fix issues with sockets or handsets. 🔌
  • Testing Firewalls to pinpoint and resolve LAN or WAN connectivity problems. 🌐
  • Configuring and installing hardware, both in virtual and physical environments. 🖥️
