Key responsibilities
- Provide professional and proactive administrative support to the Senior CEO Executive Assistant.
- Manage and respond to enquiries on behalf of the Senior CEO Executive Assistant.
- Support the management of the CEO’s diary, including arranging meetings and preparing papers.
- Organise meetings, events and executive activities, including documentation and minute-taking.
- Prepare, format and proofread correspondence, reports, and other information.
