We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist! 🚀

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, providing awesome first-line support. 💻 You'll be installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems, as well as troubleshooting applications. 🔧 Get ready to monitor and maintain our computer systems and network, diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues. 💡 You'll also be setting up new user accounts and profiles, replacing parts when needed, and testing out cool new technology. 🌟 If you're passionate about tech and love solving problems, we want to hear from you! ✨

Key responsibilities

• Provide first line support to our clients.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, troubleshooting applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer system and network problems – diagnosing and solving hardware-software faults.
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles.
• Replacing parts as required and testing and evaluating new technology.
