What You'll Be Doing:
- Becoming the go-to person for Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices accurately and on time. ๐งพ
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes (if applicable). โ
- Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorised. โ๏ธ
- Keeping supplier records sharp and up-to-date. ๐
- Preparing supplier payment runs โ youโll be a pro! ๐ธ
- Helping with employee expense claims and credit card reconciliations. ๐ณ
- Performing bank reconciliations and sorting out any discrepancies. ๐ฆ
- Assisting with month-end closing and report preparation. ๐
- Maintaining precise financial records and documentation. ๐
- Processing financial entries under supervision. ๐ป
- Supporting VAT returns and audit preparation. ๐ค
- Helping with balance sheet reconciliations. ๐งฎ
- Ensuring our financial processes are followed. ๐
- Gathering documents for year-end audits. ๐

Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable.
- Verify invoice coding and obtain appropriate authorisations.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure account details are up to date.
- Prepare supplier payment runs in accordance with company procedures.
