• Handling prescriptions: both receiving them from patients and preparing them for collection. 🧾

• Assisting customers with over-the-counter medications and health products. 🧑‍⚕️
• Supporting the dispensing process for prescriptions. ✨
• Providing friendly and informative advice to patients regarding their medications and general health queries. 💬
• Conducting final checks on prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety. ✅
