Air Freight Coordinator βοΈ

What you'll be doing:
- Building awesome relationships with our internal and external customers. π€
- Being the go-to person for customer inquiries, responding quickly and professionally. π¨
- Mastering Customs Compliance procedures and getting all your documentation squared away. π
- Ensuring every "Job File" is super accurate and complete. β
- Teaming up with Carriers and Handling Agents to sort out any hiccups or issues. π οΈ
- Collaborating with different DGF departments, including Transport & Warehouse, on Air Freight planning and coordination. π
- Connecting with our overseas offices to keep Air Freight planning and coordination running smoothly. π
- Keeping our Freight Forwarding system updated with all essential milestones. ποΈ
- Using company systems to create, manage, and track freight movements. π±οΈ
- Logging all customer complaints accurately in our system. π
- Making sure all your actions are in line with the DPDHL Code of Conduct and other compliance standards (like no corruption!). π
- Contributing to our "First Choice" continuous improvement program β your ideas matter! π‘
- Joining monthly Team Briefings and weekly performance talks. π£οΈ
- Completing all required training on time. π

Key responsibilities
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
- Adhere to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation
- Ensure each βJob Fileβ is fully and accurately completed
- Use company systems to create, manage and maintain the movement of freight
- Work with Carriers and Handling Agents to resolve exceptions and discrepancies
