What you'll be doing:

• 🌟 Being the first point of contact: Greeting patients warmly, answering calls, and making everyone feel welcome.
• 🗣️ Handling patient questions and making sure they have all the info they need.
• 💰 Processing payments efficiently and accurately.
• 🗓️ Managing appointments, bookings, and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly.
• ✨ Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment by sterilising and preparing equipment.
• 🗂️ Maintaining patient records with precision and care.
• 😊 Supporting patients' well-being and ensuring they have a positive dental experience.
• 🧼 Keeping dental areas, including chairs, sparkling clean.
• 📦 Managing stock levels for equipment and supplies.
• 🤝 Pitching in with any other tasks to support our dentists and senior team in delivering excellent patient care.
