Your Role Will Involve:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Greeting patients with a smile 👋, handling phone calls, and making everyone feel welcome.
• Patient Champion: Answering patient questions and ensuring they have a great dental experience. ✨
• Smooth Operations: Managing payments, booking appointments, and scheduling follow-ups. 🗓️
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists. 🧼
• Record Keeper: Accurately managing patient records. ✍️
• Well-being Advocate: Supporting patient comfort and care throughout their visit. ❤️
• Cleanliness Crew: Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, spotless. 🌟
• Stock Master: Managing our equipment and supplies inventory. 📦

You'll also be pitching in with any other tasks to support our dentists and senior team in providing top-notch patient care. 💯
