What you'll be doing:

• Providing essential IT support across the Trust. 🤝
• Logging, prioritizing, and updating support requests like a pro. 📈
• Helping to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues. 🛠️
• Managing user accounts, passwords, devices, printers, and classroom tech. 🔒
• Working alongside experienced IT professionals and learning the ropes. 🧑‍💻
• Developing your technical and workplace skills through a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship with TDM. 🎓

Key responsibilities
