What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping our senior recruiters crush it with job postings, advertising campaigns, and finding awesome candidates. 📣
• Becoming a CV wizard, sifting through applications to spot the perfect fits for our clients. ✨
• Chatting with candidates (phone or Teams!) to see if they're a match for the roles. 📞
• Being the master of interview coordination – scheduling, managing appointments, and keeping candidates in the loop. 🗓️
• Making high-volume calls to share exciting new opportunities with potential candidates and clients. 🗣️
• Guiding candidates through their interview journey and being their go-to support person. 🤗
• Spotting and targeting potential leads to help our business grow. 🌱
• Keeping our CRM system tip-top by organizing and updating candidate and client info. 🗂️
• Ensuring we're playing by the rules when it comes to recruitment laws, including right-to-work checks and safeguarding. ✅
• Completing our full 360 training and induction to become a recruitment pro! 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters with job postings, advertising, and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Screen CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, schedule appointments, and provide feedback to candidates.
• Conduct high-volume calls to promote new opportunities to potential candidates and clients.
• Organise and maintain candidate and client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
