• Support Superstar: Back up our recruitment consultants by shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and keeping everyone in the loop. 🤝
• Ad Creator: Craft eye-catching job adverts that grab attention across various platforms. ✍️
• Data Wizard: Keep our CRM and ATS systems sparkling clean with accurate candidate and client info. ✨
• Candidate Coach: Guide and feedback to candidates, managing all communications like a pro. 🗣️
• Admin Ace: Handle essential admin, reference checks, and timesheets with precision. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates for client vacancies
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential candidates and clients
• Support recruitment consultants with shortlisting, arranging interviews, and providing updates
• Create, post, and monitor engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update CRM and ATS systems, keeping candidate and client records accurate
