What you'll be doing:

  • HR Admin:
  • Keeping employee records accurate, confidential, and totally up-to-date. 📁
  • Helping new team members get settled during onboarding, prepping all the essential docs. 🤝
  • Processing all the necessary paperwork for new starters, leavers, and any changes. ✅
  • Assisting with our HR systems – think updating data and pulling basic reports. 📊
  • Organizing and filing documents, both digital and physical. 🗂️
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Helping to craft awesome job adverts. ✍️
  • Scheduling interviews and being the main point of contact for candidates. 📞
  • Supporting pre-employment checks, like references and right-to-work documentation. 📄

Key responsibilities
