About the role

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a School Support Apprentice! 🌟 If you're eager to learn, make a real difference, and gain valuable experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll be working closely with our apprenticeship tutor to successfully complete your qualification by meeting all set tasks on time. 🚀 You'll also be directly involved in supporting pupils' well-being, attending to their personal needs which can include social, health, hygiene, and welfare matters. Basic first-aid training will be provided! 🩹

Your responsibilities will extend to assisting our teaching staff with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. 📚 You might also have the chance to accompany teachers and pupils on exciting out-of-school activities, taking responsibility for a small group under the guidance of a teacher. 🎒 We also value strong communication, so you'll be liaising with parents and carers, always under the direction of a teacher. 🗣️ Plus, you'll be an integral part of our school community by attending Parents' Evenings and special events held outside of school hours. 🌙
