What You'll Do:
- Document Wizardry: Type up letters, reports, and other important documents for our partners and team. ✍️
- Patient Care Support: Create referrals and other essential patient communication based on notes. 📝
- Communication Hub: Liaise with hospitals and community departments to keep patient care and appointments running smoothly. 🏥
- Referral Management: Process and send referrals to the correct departments. 📨
- Phone Master: Handle incoming calls with politeness and efficiency, taking messages accurately. 📞
- Paperwork Pro: Manage insurance forms, medical reports, benefit forms, private medicals, and other non-NHS funded work. 📑
- Billing & Tracking: Invoice for non-NHS funded work and keep our logs updated. 💰
- E-referral Expert: Maintain and action our referrals database, including tracking actions and bookings. 💻
- Advice & Guidance Guru: Monitor incoming advice and guidance requests. 🤔
- Bereavement Support: Coordinate the issue of death certificates and cremation paperwork, liaising with cemeteries, patient relatives, GPs, and the coroner's office. 🕊️
- Safeguarding Support: Provide administrative assistance for safeguarding leads. 🛡️
- Meeting Minute Taker: Take notes and attendance logs at practice meetings. 📝
- General Admin: Handle photocopying and filing as needed. 🗄️
- Task Master: Action various administrative tasks as they arise. ✅
- Audit Assistant: Maintain audit data related to hospital DNAs and monitor the progress of 2-week cancer referrals and weekly audits. 📊
- Team Player: Provide cover for scanning, and other admin or reception duties during holidays and sickness. 👯♀️
